When most buyers go into home search mode - they may wind up with 50+ listings to see. It should go without saying that's too many properties to see first hand if you're on a short visit from out of town! I can help you to narrow your search down to 20-25 properties, keeping these items in mind:

• Send me two lists a few days before arriving: One should be of things you require in your new home. The other should be for optional things you want. When a house doesn't even meet your needs, we can eliminate it from the list.
• Have a predetermined price range. This could be based on mortgage or a safe estimate of what you'll net from selling your current home.
• What length of a commute are you comfortable making each day to your job and other interests? Traffic in the Fresno area could be different than what you're currently experiencing, so tell me your limits regarding drive-time, and I'll find homes accordingly.

I can send you my top recommendations prior to your arrival. Or if you've got a list of properties in mind, let me know what you've found. While virtual tours and photos are great, there's nothing like visiting homes in person. I can schedule any necessary appointments with other Realtors or homeowners and map a route. We could go to up to 8 or 10 homes in a single day if we work efficiently.
